在上個月的Under Armour的團體代購中「全球最頂級緊身排汗衫Under Armour官網代購(9/21)」，代購了一件Men's ColdGear UA Base 3.0 1/4 Zip上衣，委託者收到之後，打開發現有股濃濃的「消毒水」味道，山姆伯伯接到通知之後，聯絡上客服反應這個問題，

Thank you for reaching out to Under Armour.
We’re disappointed to hear about the experience you’ve had with the Men's ColdGear UA Base 3.0 1/4 Zip. That is certainly not how Under Armour products should be performing, and we are determined to make it right.
Because you are not completely satisfied, we’d be glad to accept the item for return.
Returning something to Under Armour is easy; just complete the attached paperwork and send it back to the address provided. You have a couple of options when it comes to replacing your gear:
1. EXCHANGE: If we have the item you want in stock, we’ll be able to send new gear out to you. If we don’t have the item in stock, you’ll automatically get an Under Armour Gift Card (see option two).
2. RETURN: If you don’t want to switch out your gear right away, we can send you an Under Armour Gift Card to use later. The value of the gift card will be for the last selling price on the website or the price paid on the original store receipt (don’t forget to include a copy if you have one when you mail back your gear).
We have issued a FedEx Return Label via email for you to return the item that has the smell at no cost to you.

Under Armour處理上是接受「更換」及「退貨」的處理，而且是不需支付運費。但由於跟客服說，商品已經寄到台灣，所以將商品從台灣寄到美國的國際運費並不便宜，尋求是否有其它的解決方式，客服的回應是。

Unfortunately, we have no way to cover the shipping cost of items from international countries. I would suggest washing the item in OxiClean or sports detergent to try to remove the smell that is on the product. Our base layer apparel is woven with a thicker material that provides added warmth but can sometimes come with a smell.

官網說明，沒辦法支付這類的國際運費，不過有提出額外的建議，建議可以將商品以OxiClean去漬洗潔劑(台灣買得到)或運動洗潔劑來去除味道。官網解釋因為ColdGear是以較厚實的織料來編織的，所以商品的確是會有些味道。
